As President and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Flood Research Inc. for over 2 decades, Terry
was directly responsible for providing flood determinations to nearly 5,000 lenders across the Nation. Under Terry’s guidance, U.S. Flood Research literally pioneered the online flood determination business, building a sophisticated software system that allowed for instantaneous delivery of flood zone determinations to lenders in every state.

Terry now serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of FloodSmart Insurance Inc. Under his direction FloodSmart insurance has become the Nation’s largest independently owned flood insurance retailer producer.

Sheri Tyson

Sheri has been working directly with FloodSmart Insurance for the past 12 years.

For the most part Sheri works off the grid, she currently heads the entire product development team, working with private markets and coverholders worldwide to bring flood insurance to the U.S. market place. Sheri has been instrumental in the establishment of new private markets for our customers nationwide.
